Pricing Policy:
Everything we do is focused on providing our clients with a
premium quality product, and world-class service at a surprisingly affordable
price. Our all inclusive fixed prices
(which include a personal fitting appointment) are as follows:
$74.95 Qty. 1-2 $69.95 Qty. 3-4 $64.95 Qty. 5+
All prices are subject to
applicable sales tax for New York State residents; which is currently only 4.75% for Erie County residents, as the state waives its 4% on articles of clothing selling for under $110.
Shipping Policy:
Our Fixed prices include Shipping & Handling by a
secured, trackable carrier, delivered to your door (signature required) typically within three to four
weeks from receipt of order.
Express Shipping & Handling is available for those requiring delivery within two weeks of order for an additional $5/shirt.
Replacement Guarantee:
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we
always strive to provide you with a top quality product, and efficient,
reliable service. We will therefore
gladly replace any article found to have defects in material or workmanship, or
delivered to the wrong order specifications (color, cloth, fit, etc.).
Just notify us within two weeks from delivery, and we will
work out the details of an exchange.
Refer a Friend Program:
The highest compliment we could ever receive is a referral
to a friend, family member, or business associate; and we wish to both recognize & reward
such loyalty.
For each new client referral from an existing customer, we
will provide you with a $10 credit towards your next order. This is a no-limit (ie., cumulative)
offer.
From our network of dry cleaners, fine apparel and other
business partners, we will provide you with a $10 stipend for each new client
referral, which will be paid on a quarterly basis. |
